প্রবাসীদের দিনকাল (PDnews) একটি অনলাইন সংবাদমাধ্যম। এই নীতিতে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে তথ্য সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার ও সংরক্ষণের পদ্ধতি ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে।

Probashider Dinkal (PDnews) is an online news platform. This policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you use our website.

২. আমরা কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি

PDnews অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ডেটাবেস ব্যবস্থাপনায় Supabase এবং প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ভিডিও প্রকাশ বা প্রদর্শনের জন্য YouTube বা Google-এর সেবা ব্যবহার করতে পারে।

PDnews uses Supabase for relevant authentication and database functions and may use YouTube or Google services to publish or display video content.

এসব সেবার নিজস্ব গোপনীয়তা নীতি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

These providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

৬. YouTube API Services

PDnews-এর অনুমোদিত ভিডিও প্রকাশের কার্যক্রমে YouTube API Services ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে। এই সেবা চালু হলে অনুমোদিত Google অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে ভিডিও আপলোডের অনুমতি নেওয়া হবে।

PDnews may use YouTube API Services for authorised video publishing. When enabled, the application will request permission from the relevant Google account holder before accessing authorised YouTube publishing functions.

অনুমোদিত ব্যবহারকারী Google Account-এর নিরাপত্তা সেটিংস থেকে অ্যাপের অ্যাক্সেস প্রত্যাহার করতে পারেন।

পাঠক পরিসংখ্যান ও Visitor Analytics

PDnews সংবাদ কতবার দেখা হচ্ছে এবং পাঠকেরা কীভাবে ওয়েবসাইটে আসছেন, তা বোঝার জন্য Visitor Analytics ব্যবহার করে। এ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্রাউজারের Local Storage-এ একটি Random Visitor ID সংরক্ষণ করা হয়।

সংবাদ দেখার সময় Visitor ID, Referrer (পাঠক কোন ওয়েবসাইট থেকে এসেছেন), Device Type, Browser এবং Operating System-এর তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা হতে পারে। সার্ভারে উপলব্ধ থাকলে Country, Region ও City তথ্যও সংরক্ষণ করা হয়।

সার্ভার ভিজিটরের IP Address ব্যবহার করে একটি HMAC-SHA256 Hash তৈরি করে। News Analytics ডেটাবেসে সরাসরি IP Address-এর পরিবর্তে এই Hash সংরক্ষণ করা হয়। Hash ও Visitor ID ব্যবহারকারীকে পৃথকভাবে শনাক্ত করতে সহায়তা করতে পারে।

PDnews uses visitor analytics to understand news views and traffic sources. A randomly generated visitor identifier is stored in the browser's local storage.

When a news article is viewed, we may collect the visitor identifier, referring website, device type, browser, operating system, and available country, region, or city information.

The server processes the visitor's IP address to generate an HMAC-SHA256 hash. The news analytics database stores this hash rather than the raw IP address. Hashed IP addresses and visitor identifiers may still constitute personal data.

৭. তথ্য সংরক্ষণ ও নিরাপত্তা

সেবা পরিচালনার প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে। অননুমোদিত প্রবেশের ঝুঁকি কমাতে উপযুক্ত প্রযুক্তিগত ব্যবস্থা ব্যবহারের চেষ্টা করা হয়। তবে ইন্টারনেটের কোনো ব্যবস্থাই সম্পূর্ণ ঝুঁকিমুক্ত নয়।

Information may be retained as needed for service operation. We seek to apply appropriate technical safeguards, but no internet-based system is entirely risk-free.

আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সম্পর্কে জানতে, সংশোধন বা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। প্রযোজ্য আইন ও প্রয়োজনীয় যাচাই অনুযায়ী অনুরোধ বিবেচনা করা হবে।

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Requests will be considered subject to applicable law and necessary verification.
